Description | Ring base; in the center of the base is a molded cross; tiny knob handle; molded decoration of dots around the body aperture, a herringbone garland along the sides and a dot and line design on the nozzle; light brown ware with red wash on the upper surface trickling down to the base. Card says lamp was found with Roman and Byzantine lamps. |
