Description | Thick, double weave saddle blanket with a complex banded design. Each band has a central stalk with rectangles alternating on either side. Bands are in indigo, orange, yellow, pink, dark green, and red. Some bands include multiple colors. Weft selvedge cords are orange and warp selvedge cords are red. One tassel at each corner with orange, red, and green fringe. The blanket is thick which comes from the double weave technique often used in making saddle blankets. |
