Description | Pottery. Foot broken. Fabric of fine texture, quite different from MS1200, white and free of inclusions. Wheelmade. The shape is also different; the stem is shorter, the horizontal rim broader, and the profile of the concave part of the stand intermediate between rim and stem is sharply curved. On the outside, horizontal red bands; on the upper surface between five groups of parallel transverse lines, two rows of chevrons. Floor of bowl solid red. Two string holes. |
