Description

Painting. Vajrapani Krodha, with two smaller prepresentations of him. Top: Amitabha and Sakyamuni Buddhas. On the lotus rising from the lake, a suppliant(artist or patron). Offering of 'pearls' and tusks below. The red-background fabric at sides and bottom is usually described as 'Indian printed cloth', but here are purely Chinese motifs. The back has multiple inscriptions.
