Description | Wooden Katsina doll. The face is painted brown and facial features are exaggerated and protruding. Projections are attached to the front, back and sides of the head with feathers coming out from each one. A black scarf is worn around the neck, a black kilt around the waist and black leg bands around the knees. This figure is the Mudhead (Koyemsi), a type of Katsina clown.
