Description | A cocoon unraveller which is made from a U-shaped piece of wood with two crossbars. The bottom piece can slide up or down the legs of the U. At the ends of the legs are blocks of wood with wedges cut out on the inside. The second crossbar has a cylinder across it made of two disks of wood and many 0.2 cm bars around the edges. This is the original style for this area. The two legs have grooves cut out so it can sit on a pot filled with cocoons. See also 82-7-166 and 82-7-170. |
