Vermeule: Carnelian. Intaglio. Ringstone (Modern gold ring setting) Satyr seated left, facing a rock, holding inverted thryus with fillets in outstretched hands, trophy abnd shield appear in front of him at left. Graeco-Roman work; probably I or II A.D.
