Description

Initiate's dancing shield of wood. The coloring of AF275 is in bands of dark or light brown or white, embracing one or more incised bands of dog's-tooth ornament. On the obverse, there are ridges in relief, on each side of the central ridge is a double curved band of painted dog's-tooth (dark brown and red), the two rows of "teeth" turned in opposite directions, the inside of each curve being towards the central ridge.
