Description | Painted wooden sheath. Top (wrangka) kidney-shaped at one end and with a straight, squared-off bottom at the other. Two vertical ridges, one face. Body of sheath (gandar) painted with sinuous stem with regularly branching leaves (rinceau), bursting at top (on wrangka) into orange flowers with cross-hatched bottoms and round-tipped stamens. |
