Description | Small, decorated with pellets. Narrow-necked jar/bottle with a globular body, tapered neck, rounded rim, no handles, and a rounded base. No molded/modeled additions. The vessel has a raised dot and line pattern on the body. There appears to be a smoothed finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color. The catalogue number is written on the object in black ink on the bottom of the base. Black ink on the bottom of the base reads: "353." |
