Description | Ration ticket, saddle leather with buckskin fringes knotted on flap and bottom. Flat, oblong with concave sides, solidly beaded face. Design: concentric square connected by white line with navy triangles above and below, blue and white bar at each side and border at bottom. Ground garnet, flap with wing-like design red, white and blue. Carrying thong with brass beads and white pipes. |
