Globular with flaring rim; two vertical loop handles on body. Plain. Contained ears of corn.

Cooking pot (olla) with an ovate body, flaring collar, rounded rim, 2 strap handles on the body, and a flat base. There are no molded/modeled additions and no decoration. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing and reducing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange and brown in color. Evidence of usewear includes soot on the exterior and black staining on the interior. The catalogue number is written in pencil on the side of the vessel. Pencil mark on the outside of the vessel reads: "307b."
