Description

Head only. Clay fired to a dark buff color; surface may have been slipped. Three scarification appliques; one between eyebrows, one in front of each ear. Elaborate appliques hairdo which has been broken off, modelled rings or folds on neck. Horizontally incised lines on eyes. Tip of nose missing. Formerly attached to a body.
