Description | (a) Undecorated hoop, circular in section. Each end terminates in a fantastic animal's head, the two confronting. (b) Undecorated hoop, flattened on the inside, rounded on the outside. Each end terminates in a schematic ornament: a pair of diagonal gouges on each side and a gouge across the width of the hoop at the end. (c) Hoop is flattened on top and bottom are rounded on sides. It is decorated at 3 points. These are slightly thickened. The decoration consists of simple groups of incised lines, vertical or diagonal across the thickness of the hoop. Plain ends, overlapping by about 0.01 m. |
