Description | Piece of bamboo. Node at one end with a small hole in it. Other end closed with a plug (cut from septum?), forming a slit mouthpiece. 7 finger holes in a line, ascending size. Square sound hole above. 1 thumb hole opposite. Like 97-19-9, except with designs (including a sketch of a Minangkebau house) between the finger holes, around the thumb hole, around the top. |
