Light wood. Carved in full relief with many open spaces giving a filigree-like appearance. Recognizable motifs are a human figure at one end and a bird (hornbill?) at the smaller end. Painted white (lime) with the shallow engraved lines and body and facial features accentuated by red; bird's body also shows traces of black (charcoal?).
