Description | Middle band of light poncho. Broad, with figures. Tapestry (two pieces caught together with stitching) Two tapestry blocks joined together down the center. Design is a large square with two figures in it at one end, several rows of small blocks and stripes, another band with three figures, followed by more rows of small blocks and stripes. Cotton warp and what is most likely camelid weft. Color(s): Green, tan, yellow. white and red. |
