Description | Black, fine-grained rock with concoidal fracture (chert or volcanic origin). Asymmetrical, double pointed. Distal edge straight. Proximal edge formed by two straight sections meeting at oblique angle. Ridge parallel to and closer to proximal edge. Both surfaces flaked, but over one-half of one surface formed by single flake. Distal edge has finer retouch than proximal edge. |
