Description | CBS Register: clay statuette. Parthian rider. only the body of the horse PBS XVI: Chariot-Strappings about the head of the horse. Chariot: B15493; Wheel: B2525; Wheel: B2441; Horse: B15478; Horse: B16670 Fragment of a horse and rider. The rider is fully missing, but his imprint on the horse remains. The horse's head and legs (but for the proper front left) are restored; the restored head also features an intricate harness. |
