Description | Fragment of a pot with curved sides and slightly outcurved rim. On the exterior at the greatest diameter is a knob, its length extending vertically down the side of the vessel. Gritty brown ware, slip on both surfaces burning buff on the interior and mottled buff and black on the exterior. Lustrous burnishing on both surfaces. Handmade. |
