Crescentic blade with tips drawn into spiral recurved to convex cutting edge; tang projects from center of concave back hafted through elongated hexagonal notched-edged brass plate into handle of light tan word in shape of tailless fish; one red and black seed eye present; mouth open and filled with cylindrical whistle; fins and scales indicated. "Rice Cutter"
