Description | Panther. Brown patina with traces of black and green. Panther is seated on its haunches, staring straight forward and snarling with mouth open. Its tail winds up over its haunches on its side. The hind legs seem to be broken off or never completed. Front paws are large and flat and are corrugated underneath in order to fit over the rim of a vessel. Forepaws are furthermore at a higher level than the back. |
