| Description | Edges expand towards base. Base straight and at oblique angle to longitudinal axis. On one surface, flakes driven off base parallel to longitudinal axis. Edges of tip element approximately straight. Part of original flake surface remains on one surface. Flake scars on other surface are driven from each edge - are parallel to each other and perpendicular to edge. Planoconvex cross-section. |
