Description | One handle and about 2/3 of body missing. Slightly spreading foot. Bowl has point of greatest diameter at handle level. Slightly tilted horizontal loop handle. Cup is fully glazed inside and out except for underside of foot. Part of a frieze of geese (?) preserved in handle zone. Above the back of the only fully preserved goose is an amorphous red area (wing ?) in which egg pattern is incised dependent on two incised lines. Ground line for geese is a red wheel-painted band. |
