Description | Flake that has been flaked on the upper convex surface and have secondary chipping along the edges. Originally this flake could have been served as a scraper. A well directed blow (using a punch probably) has been applied at the end of the flake detaching a hinge flake or spall. When several spalls have been removed the parent piece shows a stepped effect. Has spalls removed from two sides. |
