Description | Zoomorphic. Red, yellow and black. Horizontal zigzag lines of small interlocking birds. Single faced bobbin weave with needle knitted edge. Carrying band tubular edged Woven pouch with handle/carrying band. Pouch is a single web folded in half and joined along the sides. The side and top edges are bound with a looping (needle-knitted) technique. The patterning on the pouch is single-sided (floats on inside) with a wide middle stripe with zigzag lines of small interlocking birds flanked by narrower solid stripes. The handle/carrying band is a patterned tube. Pouch measures: 22 x 29 cm. Handle measures: 74 x 3.5 cm Color(s): Red, black and yellow. |
