Description | Whtie cord netting made by tying 2 intersecting cords, so net has square holes c. 1cm sq., with knots at each corner; net narrows to make long narrow dip net; stripes of pink and black cord; pink cord ties net to round vine rim; where vine laps covered with back; new and unused. Used for dipping up fish poisoned with waka or barbasco; made by men but used by women. |
