Description

Cylindrical hat of laths covered with white, red, and black cotton cloth, the crown decorated with white goat's hair and cowries, the brim formed by numerous lappets of goatskin decorated with red cloth, cowries, round mirrors, etc., resting on a stiff grass fringe.
