Description | CBS Register: terracotta figurine, fragment, plaything. rider on horseback. Fragment of a horse and rider. Both the horse and rider are handmade. The rider is headless, with its arms hanging onto the horse’s neck and legs smoothed into the horse’s torso. The rider’s torso shows fingermarks from smoothing the figurine down. The horse is faceless, but has a full neck, mane, and ears. The horse’s legs are all missing. |
