Blue background with a white line separating three white block designs from two rectangles. Japanese characters say Goban-gumi; Jinbo-cho, Shigenoi (address). Label reads: "Hase Kwannon temple. Prof. Sommerville contributed money to the poor fund so the priest gave them."
