Description | CBS Register: Pottery stamp in terracotta in fine state of preservation, a hole running horizontally through the walls, 2 different patterns PBS XVI: Potter’s stamp. The die in the form of a truncated cone, has designs in the hollow cut in both upper and lower faces. One represents a cross of four palmettes in a circle of dots with triangles between; the other is an imitation of wicker work. A hole pierced through the die served to attach it. |
