Description | Iron blade, sides parallel, then tapering to a point; low medial ridge on both faces of blade. Tang is inserted into wooden grip in tongue-and-groove setting. Wooden grip is cylindrical extending in flat faces the length of the tang, with carved flare at base of cylinder. Geometric scratched design on both faces of blade. Hilt bound in brass. |
