Description

The stick is planted in the ground of a farm to protect it from trespassers, who may be thieves. It causes sores on the nostrils; if the antidote is not applied, the nose will rot away. For a cure leaves of kising are boiled in an earthenware pot and the patient's nose is steamed over the infusion. These pounded leaves of boketth are rubbed on the nose.
