Description | Satsuma style porcelain vase (.1) with a wooden stand (.2). The vase is painted in brown and decorated in gold and with raised color enamels (moriage). Five figures are depicted, including Kannon and a group of rakan. The wooden stand is carved and painted in black. "Made in Japan" is on the bottom of vase. This vase was used in conjunction with a boy's day festival doll set. |
