Description | Separate strips of wood nailed on three sides of lid for deeper edging. Double row of white shells(?) on front strip. Mending strip nailed on back. Appears to have had hinges. Sides made of four pieces notched, fitted and nailed together. Bottom nailed on. Four 2 1/2' strips as bottom borders, the front one with a double row of white shells(?) (Groove or grooves near top of border strips) Two holes, centered top of long sides |
