Description | CBS Register: terracotta figurine, fragment. Parthian. Rider on horseback, torso. PBS XVI: Persian rider, modelled by hand. Fragment of a horse and rider. The rider is headless and is holding onto the elongated neck of a hand made horse. The horse's head remains in full, but he is missing all of his legs as well as his tail. Glue remains on the neck of the rider as evidence of an old museum join. |
