Description | Maskette puppet in form of man. Body of flat slab of wood tapering at shoulders and neck. Mask-like face bound to neck by rawhide and painted black except for red open mouth and natural wood ears, chin and hollow eye sockets. Arms formed of single piece of bent wire passing through body and movable, with carved wood thumbless hands tied to wire with rawhide at wrists. |
