Description | Statue of Venus Anadyomene. Dark green patina. Very rough surface. Nude Aphrodite wrings hair with both hands. Right hand is shorter than left. Head flat on top. Knees are bent together and feet apart. Facial features and hair lying in curls on shoulders are incised. Punched dots indicate nipples and navel. |
