Description | Black ware, partly polished. Represents corn goddess. Small flared base (small piece missing); body of vessel in form of 6 small ears of corn, with large disc-shaped projection from wider end. Figure of Maize Goddess, standin on top of disc, holds ear of corn in each hand and wears headdress of ears of corn (top of headdress missing). High spout tapering to rim. |
