Description

Woman's anklet. Old piece sold to silversmith for melting to make a new piece. Cf. 58-5-48 for the newer style. Silver alloy sheet metal decorated on outer face with repousse leaves; chevron pattern on the inner face. Tubular piece joined by an element consisting of two floral buds. Shows signs of wear.
