Description | Light brown wood; perhaps a shellac finish since slightly tacky in 1958. Butt tapers; top covered with hexagonal metal sheet; brass ring around shaft 15.3 cm from butt; shaft carved the "centipede". Vertical zig-zag, diamonds outlined on check background and 1/2 "centipede" incised; clear bands and fields separate design. |
