Description | Palmette lekythos. Low foot. Nearly spherical body. Constricted neck. Trumpet mouth. Strap handle from shoulder to bottom of mouth. Exterior entirely glazed with good quality glaze. On front, opposite side with handle, is a reserved palmette within a wavy line frame. Aside from missing part of mouth it is intact. Good quality black glaze. |
