Sommerville: Antique paste intaglio, color pale sard. Endymion, the lover of Diana. Diana was enamored of him. Superb iridescence. Antique Pastes, Case UUU.

Vermeule: Glass paste. Intaglio. (Unmounted) Color originally pale Sard. Scene shows Diomedes kneeling on Trajan altar as he prepares to carry off the Palladium. Graeco-Roman.
