Description | 1 blond wooden truncated cone body; skin stretched over top and down approx. 1/8th of the body. Cut back at base to form a pedestal stand. Skin fastened by cord sewn through it and lashed on to 7 pegs. Carved scroll-work border, followed by narrow red-painted border, wide blue painted border adjacent to it. Remainder of collection in the Paramaibo Museum. Cult ural identification for series- Dr. Davenport. |
