Description | Netting. Cf. 29-50-239. Stripes (one included chequer) and one band of triangle-rhomboid ornament which has here given rise to hexagons separated by rhomboids. Failure in regularity of pattern. Upper border edged with band of plaited work decorated with cowries and feathers; in the middle, this edging is developed into a crocodile's head with open mouth. Stretcher in bottom of bag. |
