Description | Slight depression in base; high knob handle, broken at top; circular body, short nozzle; molded decoration of vertical lines on the sides and on the nozzle is a beehive surrounded by two scrolling lines. Reddish brown ware; nozzle blackened by use. Card says lamp was found with Roman and Byzantine lamps. |
