Description | Two pieces, one cylindrical and hollow, the other flat and rectangular-like. The cylindrical piece has two squarish holes for pulleys (both pulleys are missing); black with six painted red bands. Between two red bands on both ends are white painted ridged bands. The flat piece is black with metal spokes (?) extending from both ends. Strings attach whole piece to banner peg (49-30-1.2O) and to fish (49-30-1.2N). |
