Description | Ring foot. Dumpy ovoid body, profile continuous from foot to lip. Neck much constricted. Lip overhangs; straight vertical profile. Thickened strap handle attached on upper body and just below lip. Fine grain buff clay. Unglazed: resting surface and underside within foot. Dipped glaze covers the rest, shading from black to red-brown. Complete, made up from many fragments. |
