Description | Rim fragment of a stright-sided pot. The exterior bears a small knob, above which the pot is diagonally fluted in a chevron pattern. Black ware burning brown; slip on both surfaces burning light brown on the interior, and on the exterior at the rim, and black on the lower part of the vessel. Lustrous burnishing on both surfaces. Handmade. |
