Description | For construction cf. 29-89-194, 195, 196. 3 wide and two narrow plaited bands, not covered by lashing; middle band ribbed. Leaf filling above plug (if latter is present) smeared with dark resinous cement holding small feathers. Transverse linear decoration on concave face of point; opposed sem-circles and short transverse strokes on the other. On alternate internodes, close set longitudinal strokes and two pairs of converging lines surround cane shaft. |
